Motion Design

Bringing ideas to life through dynamic movement and engaging transitions, motion design adds a crucial layer of storytelling and user experience to digital content and visual narratives. I craft thoughtful animations and seamless interactions that not only enhance aesthetics but also clarify complex information.

Creative Technology

My experience encompasses leveraging cutting-edge tools and platforms, from Instagram stickers for the NHS to AR filters for YouTube/F1, I craft compelling and immersive brand experiences. I'm passionate about pushing the boundaries of design, exploring innovative ways to communicate visually and bringing dynamic, user-centric solutions to life.

Digital Marketing

I design engaging digital content for all major social platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X. From static cards on LinkedIn to animated Reels and TikToks, I create visually compelling marketing assets that enhance brand presence, drive engagement, and align with platform-specific best practices. This includes everything from social ads and stories to channel-specific campaigns.

Publishing

Working closely with editors and writers, I align copy and ideas into visually compelling magazines and digital publications. From book cover designs to page layouts that ensure readability and flow, I focus on creating engaging and professional products that honour the content and resonate with the intended audience. Designing for these publications has included creating event signage and national public advertising campaigns that align with their editorial voice and visual identity.

Branding & Art Direction

My work in branding and art direction is about creating clear, distinctive visual identities through thoughtful use of typography, colour, layout, and tone of voice. From concept to rollout, I create cohesive systems that communicate effectively, connect with audiences, and work across different platforms. I enjoy the challenge of turning complex ideas into design that feels strong, memorable, and easy to understand.

Internal Comms

My work in internal communications involves creating clear, engaging materials that bring company culture and messaging to life. From presentation decks and newsletters to social banners, stickers, and internal videos, I focus on delivering designs that inform, motivate, and connect teams by translating key messages into visually cohesive assets that feel both human and on-brand. I aim to make internal content as considered and compelling as client design.

Thought Leadership

I’ve had the opportunity to speak at industry events including Battenhall’s Social Media Trends 2024, held at The Barbican Centre, where I joined a panel on the future of creativity and AI. As part of my talk I demonstrated a live AI demonstration, using audience sketches and tool like Midjourney I showed how generative AI can enhance and accelerate the creative process.
I've also spoken at People Like Us, an event focused on diversity and inclusion in marketing and comms, where I shared how our team approached inclusive design and showcased our work on NHS England's Covid-19 messaging. I thoroughly enjoy speaking to audiences about how emerging tech and inclusive thinking can shape better creative work.

About me

I’m a multi-disciplinary designer with ten years of experience across digital, print, editorial, and motion design. I take a thoughtful, organised approach to projects, combining creativity with clear communication and analytical thinking.

I enjoy collaborating across teams, supporting fellow designers and connecting through events and talks. I’ve spoken to large audiences about design, technology, and creativity, and value opportunities to share ideas and learn from others.

I’ve also been actively involved in diversity and inclusion initiatives, co-leading taskforces that advise on inclusive practices, support diverse talent sourcing, and help keep live projects and internal culture meaningfully inclusive.

After three years of remote work across 30+ countries, I’m now based in Sydney and looking for a role where I can contribute, grow, and continue to develop creatively.
